Who we are

wXonAura is a brand operated by Jagadeesh S, an individual sole proprietor based in Karnataka, India. Vedhanga Gurukula and wXonAura are brands operated by Jagadeesh S, an individual sole proprietor based in Karnataka, India; they are not separate companies. Address for correspondence and legal notices (not a walk-in centre): Vedhanga Gurukula, 5th Cross, Geetha Road, Robertsonpet, KGF – 563122, Karnataka, India. In this policy, “we” means Jagadeesh S, operating as wXonAura.

What this website does

• It has no contact forms, sign-up forms or comment boxes, so you cannot send us personal data through it.
• It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
• Fonts, styles and scripts are served from this website itself; your browser is not sent to other companies to load them.
• It does not take bookings or payments. Prices, where shown, are read from our booking system for information only.
• Our web host keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested) for security and operation.

When you contact us

If you call, message or write to us, we receive what you choose to share (for example your name, phone number, email address and your question). We use it only to answer you and to arrange a session or reading you ask about.

Your account, photos and reports

When you sign in, you leave this website for your secure account on VGSuite, our separate booking and reports system. Your account details, photos, reports, bookings and any payment records are kept there, under the privacy notice of your account. That notice is published at https://vgsuite.com/privacy.php. Online booking and payment are not currently enabled; when they are, payments are made only inside your account, never on this website.

Photos you submit for a reading are kept private, re-encoded when they are uploaded (which strips hidden metadata such as location), and can be viewed only by authorised wXonAura staff working on your reading. Aura readings and reports describe complementary wellness practices; they are not medical records or diagnoses.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was given, and longer only where the law requires it, for example accounting and tax records of payments.

Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account and its data in the Vedhanga Gurukula app (Profile → Delete Account, confirmed with your password), on the web at https://vgsuite.com/delete_account.php (confirmed with a code sent to your email), or by email to the Grievance Officer (below). A request is processed only after a cooling-off period (currently 14 days), during which you can cancel it. Deletion is carried out by our staff after these checks; we aim to complete it within one month of your request. Copies of our database are kept in restricted, owner-only backups; the backups on our hosting server are encrypted. They are not altered when an account is deleted, and no automated backup-expiry schedule is in place at present. Records that the law requires us to keep, such as accounting records, are kept even after an account is deleted. The privacy notice of your account describes in full what is deleted, anonymised and kept.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that run our systems for us (for example web hosting and email delivery), or when the law requires it. This website is hosted by Hostinger, and our primary hosting server is located in India. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms also apply.

Your rights

You can contact us with questions about your personal information, including your photos, to ask for it to be corrected, or with a complaint. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete or update it, or withdraw a consent you have given. For any other request, including withdrawing a consent, contact the Grievance Officer (below) by phone, WhatsApp, email (Info.energyhygienexkgf@gmail.com), or post. The privacy notice of your account describes these requests in full.
